At Yaari DigiGold, we strive to provide a clear and transparent policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for all jewellery purchases and Digital Savings.

1. Order Cancellation

• You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
• Cancellation requests can be submitted via the app, website, or by contacting our customer support at sales@yaari.world or phone number.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Digital Savings Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a Digital Savings plan is initiated.

3. Return Policy

• We have a No Return policy for all jewellery and online purchases.
• Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

4. Failed Transactions or Technical Errors

• In the event of a failed transaction (e.g., payment debited but not reflected in your account), the discrepancy will be resolved within 5–7 working days, upon confirmation from our banking/payment gateway partner.
